Yes — 100%. Kuriosity Homes is exclusively for girls and women. All residents must be female, all overnight guests must be female, and all visitors are admitted only during designated hours (10 AM–8 PM) with mandatory ID registration. This is non-negotiable and central to our safety commitment.

We have a comprehensive, layered security system:

• 24/7 CCTV surveillance — all entry points and common areas are monitored continuously
• Biometric access control — only verified residents can enter using their registered fingerprint
• Security personnel — on-site guard on duty round the clock
• Resident warden — a trusted female warden lives on-premises and is reachable 24/7
• Visitor policy — all guests register with government ID and are only admitted 10 AM–8 PM
• Emergency contact system — in place for every room

Yes — visitors are welcome during designated hours (10 AM to 8 PM) with mandatory ID registration at reception. All visitors must provide valid government photo ID. Overnight guests are not permitted under any circumstances. This applies to all residents equally.

Absolutely — and we actively encourage it. Many residents' families visit before the move-in and leave fully reassured. We can arrange an in-person tour for you and your family, show them the CCTV setup, introduce them to our warden, and answer all their questions directly. Video tours are also available. We offer single occupancy and double sharing rooms. All rooms are:

• Fully air-conditioned (non-AC rooms are not available)
• Equipped with a comfortable bed and quality mattress
• Furnished with a spacious wardrobe
• Fitted with a study table and chair
• Attached private bathroom with 24/7 hot water

Single rooms offer complete privacy. Double sharing rooms are more affordable while maintaining the same premium amenities.

Every room at Kuriosity Homes comes fully furnished with: a single or double bed with quality mattress, a spacious wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, a study table and ergonomic chair, an air conditioner, an attached bathroom with geyser for 24/7 hot water, and electrical points with surge protection. Common areas include a Smart TV lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and a study zone.

No. All rooms at Kuriosity Homes are air-conditioned. We made this a standard across the property because Delhi summers are intense and our residents' comfort is non-negotiable. We do not offer non-AC rooms.

Residents with vegetarian preferences or other dietary requirements should inform management at the time of move-in and we will accommodate them wherever possible.

Yes. Self-service washing machines are available free of charge in the common laundry area. Professional laundry and ironing services can be arranged on request at nominal additional charges.

Yes — high-speed broadband WiFi is available 24/7 across all rooms and common areas. The connection is reliable and fast enough for video calls, online classes, WFH, streaming and gaming simultaneously. It is included in the rent with no data cap or throttling.

Yes. Secure two-wheeler parking (scooter, bike) is available inside the premises at no extra charge. Parking for four-wheelers is not available due to space constraints. Street parking may be available nearby for occasional visitors or car-owning residents.

Kuriosity Homes is at Block I, House Number 32, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015. Kirti Nagar is a well-established, safe residential area in West Delhi with excellent connectivity, markets, hospitals and educational institutions nearby.

Three Blue Line metro stations are within easy reach:

• Kirti Nagar Metro — 1.5 km (~18 min walk or 5 min auto)
• Ramesh Nagar Metro — 1.8 km (~22 min walk or 6 min auto)

Nearby you will find BLK Super Speciality Hospital and Jaipur Golden Hospital, DU and IP University via metro, Kirti Nagar furniture market, local grocery markets and supermarkets, gyms, salons, pharmacies, and a variety of cafés and restaurants within walking distance.

Pricing varies based on room type (single vs double sharing) and availability. We do not publish fixed rates because we offer customised packages based on your stay duration, move-in date and specific requirements. A refundable security deposit equivalent to 2 months rent is required at the time of joining. It is fully refunded upon checkout provided the room is in good condition and 30 days written notice has been given. All deposit terms are clearly documented in your rental agreement.

We accept payments via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) and cash. Monthly rent is payable in advance. A formal rental agreement and receipts are provided for all payments.

No. Electricity, water, WiFi, housekeeping, meals and security are all included in the monthly rent. The only additional charges that may apply are for optional add-on services like professional laundry/ironing, or if property is damaged beyond normal wear. Everything is transparently documented in the rental agreement before you move in.

The booking process is simple and stress-free:

Our standard minimum stay is 3 months. This can be discussed based on availability and individual circumstances. Shorter stays may be accommodated at a different rate. We recommend discussing your specific needs with us before enquiring.

We require 30 days written notice before vacating. This allows us to process your security deposit refund smoothly and arrange the next resident. Notice must be given in writing via WhatsApp or email to management.

In-person tours are available any day during office hours. Video tours can be arranged for those outside Delhi. Visits are always free and no commitment is required.
